Todd Lundbohm is a filmmaker and founder of 828 Productions, committed to crafting compelling narratives that resonate across genres. His work includes critically acclaimed projects like The Fallout and bold new films such as Eddington, Trap House, Onslaught, Protector, and Lone Wolf. Passionate about cultivating local talent, Todd is actively expanding the filmmaking community in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Cindy has led an impressive career as a Film Production Accountant in her eleven years working in the film industry. Serving as Head of Film Accounting at 828 Productions, she is an integral part of the 828 finance team, working directly with production business units, providing counsel to aid in shaping decisions that have a valued business impact. She also works closely with freelance accountants during the course of production to provide compliance support. Before joining the 828 team, Cindy was a founding member of Turner Media Holdings, recruiting a top-notch accounting team that consistently delivered thorough accounting files, satisfied all union and non-union payroll needs, and filed state film tax credits coast-to-coast. An entrepreneur since college, she has a wide range of experience from teacher, resort owner, mortgage banker, and costumer. Outside the office she enjoys boating and beachcombing with her husband.

Courtney is a producer and actress with a career spanning over a decade in film and event production, design and theatre. She has worked across a diverse range of projects, from high-profile feature films to large-scale live events and cutting-edge experiential design. She worked as an Executive Assistant under Fabrica de Cine (Silence, The Irishman) until becoming an Executive of the film finance and development production company Foxtail Entertainment in 2016. She is an Executive Producer of NEON, David Goyer and Sam Levinson’s Assassination Nation (Sundance Film Festival 2018), starring Colman Domingo, Bill Skarsgård, Suki Waterhouse and Joel McHale. A few other films produced are The Ticket (Tribeca 2016) starring Malin Akerman and Dan Stevens, Netflix and Marti Noxon’s To the Bone (Sundance 2017) starring Lily Collins and Keanu Reeves, and director Kate Brooks’ award winning documentary The Last Animals (Tribeca 2017) set in Africa following the conservationists battling poachers and trafficking syndicates to protect elephants and rhinos from extinction. She is a co-founder of Peridot Pictures, specializing in socially conscious storytelling and crafting projects that reflect real-life experiences. Driven by a belief in the power of stories to spark change, she continues to build a body of work rooted in creativity, purpose and impact.

Gerard Muñoz, an Assistant Production Executive at 828 Productions, is a skilled creative professional and a graduate of New Mexico State University's Creative Media Institute. During his formative years, Gerard drew inspiration from the world of media and filmmaking. His journey led him to refine his skills through dedicated study in screenwriting and acting, under the tutelage of Tony Award-winning playwright, Mark Medoff. Since 2006, Gerard has actively contributed to and shaped the landscape of the New Mexico film industry through his dedicated work and creative endeavors. An aspiring film director with a keen eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics, Gerard has taken on various roles in film projects, exemplifying his multifaceted skill set. Gerard's passion lies in the realm of film production and growing the New Mexico film industry. Gerard's proficiency extends to bilingualism, with fluency in Spanish, adding a valuable dimension to his creative endeavors. His journey in the film industry reflects a commitment to excellence, and his dynamic roles encompass everything from cinematography and editing to acting and production management. His directorial pursuits span the realms of both commercials and films, earning him accolades as an award-winning filmmaker. Rajeev's impactful work has reached national audiences, including features in nonprofit organizations like Autism Speaks. Not merely confined to artistic expression, he has successfully secured financing and articulated the logistical needs of productions.

As Director of Marketing for 828 Productions, Candice Nanco leverages a robust background in Marketing and Communications to drive strategic growth. A dynamic leader, she excels at transforming creative concepts into implemented realities through sharp analytical skills, decisive delegation, and compelling communication. Candice builds high-performing teams and cultivates key relationships essential for successful partnerships and revenue generation.

Her marketing acumen is built on a foundation of direct sales and customer engagement, honed early in roles ranging from non-profit fundraising to building an insurance agency's call center from the ground up. This practical experience informed her decade-long tenure leading marketing initiatives in a university setting after earning her BBA in Marketing from UNM's Anderson School of Management.

Seeking new challenges in Southern New Mexico's burgeoning film industry, Candice joined the 828 Productions startup, contributing across diverse functions before stepping into the Director of Marketing role, where she now focuses specifically on driving business development and revenue.

Andy Chen's career spans over two decades shaping iconic cinematic visuals, brings significant industry leadership and technical expertise to New Mexico's rapidly growing film hub.

Chen’s distinguished portfolio includes foundational work on blockbuster films such as “Starship Troopers” (1997) and “Armageddon” (1998). His more recent contributions include the visually stunning, Academy Award nominee for Best Visual Effects, “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes” (2024), and work on the highly anticipated upcoming “Minecraft Movie.” His leadership roles at renowned VFX houses like Halon Entertainment have cemented his reputation as a forward-thinking force in visual effects and post-production management.
